Nearly 20 years ago, ICE put my client, a native-born U.S. citizen, into deportation (technically, “removal”) proceedings.
I won Round One, but ICE appealed to the BIA (Board of Immigration Appeals).
On remand, I won Round Two, but ICE appealed again.
On remand, I lost Round Three, and I appealed.
On remand, I won Round Four, and ICE appealed again.
This time, ICE lost. Here is the decision.
My client is very happy. So am I.
